REPORTING

See how people look at your buildings.

A virtual tour is also a record of behaviour. Tracked properly, it shows where renters spend time, what they look at, and which rooms they move through quickly: what you would only see by watching a showing, across every visitor.

Most people don't think of a tour as a source of data.

When a visitor walks a property, you learn very little about how it went. In a tracked virtual tour you can see it: where they stayed, what they explored and where they moved on. Share what you learn with your leasing team, your marketing team, building owners and other stakeholders.

See where attention goes

Which rooms people spend time in, and which they pass through quickly, so you know what holds interest and what does not.

See which plans draw interest

Floor plan by floor plan, so leasing knows what people are asking about before they call.

Spot trends over time

See how visits and time spent change from week to week, so you can tell when a campaign, a new listing or a change in the market moves interest.

Take the numbers with you

Download them as spreadsheets by day, by floor plan and by room, or save the report as a PDF. Each file explains how every number is counted.

A one-page report, written in plain words.

It leads with what visitors did, shows the numbers you would be asked about, and says how to read them. Share it with leasing, marketing, building owners or any other stakeholder and it makes sense on its own.

How to read this report. A visit is one session on the tour, so one person can visit twice. Time is how long the tour was open, and we show the typical visit rather than the average, because a tab left open for hours would skew the average. Book a Tour taps show interest, not bookings; your own leasing numbers turn them into results.

This is a sample. The building name and details are changed. The figures come from a real rental building's first eight days.

All of it on one private page.

Each tour has its own private link. There is no login to manage and no software to learn. Share the link with whoever needs it.

Explore your tour

Open the tour, copy the link for the whole building, a single floor plan or an MLS-safe version, and take photos from any room.

Ask for a change

A new logo, a suite that has leased, a room to leave out. Send the request and we take care of it.

See how it's doing

Visits over time, how long people stay, which floor plans they explore, and Book a Tour taps. Share the report or download the numbers.

Link and pause

Put a tour on hold when a building is full, and switch it back on whenever you like.
